Megan is a passionate advocate for health and fitness, with a touch of nerdiness. She earned her degree in Exercise and Wellness and is a Registered Kinesiologist. She has further developed her career with her passion in nutrition to become a certified Nutrition Coach, and is currently pursuing a certification in Change Psychology. At Tall Tree, Megan wears a few hats: She is a Longevity Coach and a Coordinator of Tall Tree's Longevity Program. Additionally, she works part-time as a Change Coach working with people to build healthy habits and be consistent to reach their health and fitness goals.
Megan thrives on building connections with her clients, leveraging her expertise in behavioral sciences, habit formation, exercise adherence and nutrition to help them unlock their health potential. Beyond her professional life, Megan finds happiness in mountain biking, weight lifting, cooking, and taking leisurely dog walks.
