What to Expect - Pilates
Initial & Subsequent Visits: 50 minutes
Our private pilates sessions are conducted one-on-one with either a licensed Physiotherapist or Pilates Instructor. We support you to improve your fitness, strength and skill in Pilates and recover from injuries. Pilates is appropriate for all ages and abilities.
