Why Clinical Counselling?

At Tall Tree, our team consists exclusively of Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCCs) who are held accountable to a high level of professional and ethical standards. All have a minimum masters degree and many have a doctorate and/or further specialized training. Our counsellors work within a broader team of registered psychologists and provide counselling for youth and adults in-person, online, or in nature.

What to Expect - Counselling

Initial Visit: 50 minutes
Subsequent visits: 50 minutes

Counselling is available in nature, online, or in-person. At your initial counselling session, you will meet one-on-one with your counsellor to get to know each other and jointly determine if they are a good fit to address your unique needs or if another provider or program is more appropriate. In subsequent sessions, expect to develop insight, learn new skills, improve your mental health, and grow into the person you want to be.
