ONE-TIME APPOINTMENTS for SUPPORTING your mental health.

Single Session Therapy

NOTE: Available in person for those aged 19+ at our Cordova Bay, James Bay, and Vancouver clinics.

What is Single Session Therapy?

The aim of Single Session Therapy is to help you as much as possible during a one-time appointment. One of our mental health clinicians will help you identify your most pressing needs, develop practical strategies for addressing them, and send you home with an action plan. And if our clinician believes that you would benefit from additional and/or ongoing services, they will recommend the professionals or programs that they think are best suited for you.
