What to Expect - Psychology
Our psychology team offers a range of services.

We offer psychodiagnostic, psychoeducational, neuropsychological, and sleep health assessments. Depending on the type of assessment, they vary in length from one hour to two days. Please contact us for more information about our assessment services.

Initial visit: 50 minutes
Subsequent visits: 50 minutesAt your initial session, your psychologist will get to know you and your reasons for seeking help. They'll share a treatment plan and/or they may suggest another team member or program that might be a better fit for you. The number and timing of follow-up appointments will depend on your treatment plan. In these follow-up sessions, you and your clinician will collaborate on your individualized treatment plan, celebrate wins, and problem-solve while addressing any underlying barriers on your health journey towards better mental health.
Because availability can be limited, we encourage all clients to schedule their follow-up appointments well ahead of time.
