She empowers them by sharing insights from behavioural science, collaboratively crafting customized plans, dismantling barriers, and setting achievable sub-goals to ensure lasting, positive changes. Her ultimate aim is to show her clients how to work smarter, not harder.
Molly has had the privilege of coaching individuals from all walks of life, ranging from bright-eyed, 3-year-olds to wise souls in their 80s. With her extensive experience, she specializes in helping people adopt and sustain healthy eating habits, adhere to exercise routines, manage stress effectively, and enhance their organizational skills. Her friendly yet professional demeanor creates a supportive environment for clients who have encountered challenges in maintaining changes
When she isn’t at work, Molly spends her time doing yoga, playing volleyball, climbing, foraging, cooking, biking, and running around the island on random adventures.
