Catherine Pham
Completing her Doctor of Physiotherapy in Gold Coast, Australia and a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of the Fraser Valley, Catherine is a passionate physiotherapist with the eagerness to empower people to live their life to the fullest. She believes anyone can achieve quality experiences from being healthy and active, whether this means athletes competing at elite levels or families playing with their grandchildren.
Through evidence-based research and practice interventions, Catherine has committed herself to help clients improve mobility and performance, and reduce pain in order to improve their quality of life.Catherine has over 9 years of experience with field hockey athletes, coaching and mentoring youth, and playing competitively at the premier level herself. From this community involvement, she has a particular affinity for sports but enjoys all aspects of physiotherapy. Other passions and areas of interest include neurological rehabilitation, pediatrics, and women’s health.
Outside of the clinic, Catherine spends her time staying active in the water, dirt and snow, riding road and mountain bikes, rock climbing and bouldering, snowboarding and surfing whenever she can. She also shares a love for exploring B.C.’s backcountry, travelling to soak up the various cultures and food from around the world, and enjoying the company of friends, family, and dogs.
