Ultimately, forest bathing can help to reduce stress, hostility, depression levels, and the risk of psychosocial stress-related diseases. The benefits are so recognized, you can now get a prescription to nature through Canada’s new PaRx initiative. What began as a grassroots movement in the US and has since been adopted by countries around the world has been launched as a new evidence-based nature prescription program by the BC Parks Foundation.
